I believe that teaching should be fun, both for myself and for my students. I like to incorporate many hands-on and authentic learning experiences in my 4th grade classroom. I would like to incorporate more technologically-based activities in my daily lessons this upcoming school year.
Personal Experience Technology Skills
Education
In 1998, I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UW-Madison. After that, I went on to obtain teaching certifications in Elementary Education and Special Educaiton - Learning Disabilities from Silver Lake College, and graduated in 2001.

Certificates
I finished my master's degree in Reading and Language Arts from Cardinal Stritch University in 2004.

Interests
I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, friends, and pets. I love camping and fishing! In my spare time, I like to read and watch movies.
